The extent to which we manage and facilitate your procurement or tender process is your decision. We can fully facilitate an OJEU driven process or work with your purchasing resources to support as necessary.

We can work within a chosen Framework Agreement or you can utilise our database of qualified service providers. Should a Framework Agreement be your chosen route, it is worthy of note that Panache are one of three designated consultancy companies nominated to assist you.

As part of our added value, irrespective of route, we provide a ‘Due Diligence’ report at process conclusion that details the full audit trail, favoured by auditors.

An extension of our services can take you through mobilisation, ensuring service levels are set and the awarded supplier are contract compliant.

At the end of the process, we will recommend a service provider who is able to meet the needs of all your stakeholders and your budget.
