You may have a requirement to offer a more supportive role to one or more of your catering team, rather than traditional training. We can offer mentoring services to cover senior management on short term secondments, specialist management and mentoring of managers that need a more rounded approach to leadership and management skills. We can incorporate our mentoring services into our review and assist with advice or bespoke packages to meet the individual’s needs and accommodate financial restraints.
