| Who's new? | Wilmott Dixon |
| How are we helping? | We are carrying out market research and viability testing the provision of on-site catering facilities for Wilmott Dixon and trying to identify whether providing a healthy style of food service would be beneficial to all concerned. This involves issuing written questionnaires to a cross-section of staff and other people working on-site who are involved in the supply chain, about their current eating habits. This will the be followed up by telephone interviews with project managers to identify their requirements for a catering provision and whether it would be beneficial. We are also carrying out research on other construction companies to identify what, if any, catering provision is available for their employees. Using this as a basis, we will then be submitting our recommendations to Wilmott Dixon in relation to their catering provision strategy. |

| How are we helping? | Panache have had been working with the University of Chichester for many years. The latest project they are involved with is to assist with a catering tender exercise with a view to having a new contract in place with effect from January 2009. |
